Credit Application

Thank you for your interest in opening an account with Southwest Galvanizing, Inc.

If you would like to apply for credit, please complete and return the Credit Application.

If your company has a standard credit information sheet, please attach that to our signed credit application. It usually takes 2 – 4 business days to process a credit application depending on how fast your references respond.

If your company does not pay sales tax, please also include one of the following:

• Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate
• Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate
